Welcome Day
With a wide range of activities and events, meet student associations and university and faculty services!
September 12 2024, on the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus
60 student associations invite you to take part in a variety of activities, including DIY workshops, games, music and quizzes. It's also an opportunity to find out more about their commitments and activities!
University and faculty services will be on hand to present the services you can benefit from throughout the year: social support, cultural activities, student initiatives, international opportunities, health and well-being, sports, career guidance, entrepreneurship, environmental issues, etc.
Musical entertainment will also be provided - by the Sorbonne University brass band, student artists and student associations. Free popcorn and frozen yogurt will also be distributed throughout Welcome Day. And to round off the day in style: an open-air cinema!
Program:
10am-6pm: Sports activities on the lawns and the exhibition of Mélisa Téo's photographs in "la Passerelle, Galerie Culturelle".
12pm-12.30pm: Fashion show organized by the Made In Sorbonne association
12h30-13h : Moktar Sound System marching band
1pm-5pm: Student concerts
6.30-8.30pm: Open-air cinema screening of "Toy Story", directed by John Lasseter
