Student Services
At Sorbonne University, the unique nature of each student is taken into account, with his or her personality and aspirations.
Work-study balance
Students that have additional commitments in their personal situations may be eligible for extra consideration or adaptation of their studies and can apply for assistance through their faculty. This can include students that have a permanent or fixed-term contract, that are pregnant, responsible for a family member, or are taking several courses at the Sorbonne University.
Artist or high-level athlete
Whether you're an artist or you practice a high-level sport, the university offers you the opportunity to live your passion while continuing your studies. Pedagogical support, adapted schedules and tutoring, everything is set up to allow you to follow your education and your passion in the best conditions.
Studying and the disabled
The University offers individualised human and/or technical assistance to set up the necessary compensatory measures, such as study, examination or internship arrangements. To benefit from these services, the student should contact his or her faculty’s disability department and the university department of preventive medicine and health promotion (SUMPPS), which will give the opinions for arrangements necessary for the student’s program.
