Sorbonne University wins the ASDESR call for projects
The call for projects Acceleration of Development Strategies of Higher Education and Research Institutions aims to "help higher education and research institutions to increase their resources". The aim is to build or professionalize their support teams for the setting up of projects, with priority given to Lifelong Learning and/or European projects.

L’appel à projets ASDESR de France 2030 est doté d'une enveloppe de 200 M€. Le Ministère a annoncé la sélection de 44 établissements lauréats dans ce cadre le jeudi 13 avril 2023.
The call for ASDESR projects of France 2030 has a budget of 200 M€. The Ministry announced the selection of 44 winning institutions in this framework on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
Among the projects selected, Sorbonne University was awarded €4,083,295 in funding for the GOAL@SU project (Global Oriented Ambitious Learning - Lifelong Learning for Sorbonne University).
The GOAL project is led by Sorbonne University on behalf of the Sorbonne University Alliance and involves the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, INSEAD, the Pôle Supérieur d'Enseignement Artistique Paris Boulogne-Billancourt, France Education International, as well as three national research organizations (Inria, INSERM and IRD), the CNRS having also taken part in the project's development.
At a time when higher education institutions must position themselves as major players in society, GOAL@SU aims to structure continuing education through the creation of a dedicated strategic expert unit within the Sorbonne University Alliance, which will strengthen interfaces with the socio-economic world and the dissemination of expertise.
