Preparing a career plan

Much importance is given to the preparation of a career plan. From the very beginning of their doctoral course, doctoral students are encouraged to start thinking about their career plans. An individual training plan is drawn up designed to support them in their research work, as well as in the preparation of their professional future. This plan must include a section devoted to research ethics and scientific integrity. The implementation of this plan allows the doctoral student to acquire new knowledge and develop both disciplinary and transferable skills that support their doctoral research project as well as their professional future.
